| I get an error message when I
try to access a WSU Online page (the page can't be displayed.)

There is either a problem on our
side or with your Internet Service Provider. Check
back later to see if the web site was just extremely
busy or if there was a temporary problem. When we
know that our site will be unavailable at a specific
date and time, we send out an e-mail notice to all
students and faculty (another reason to keep your
e-mail address current), but at times a server or
WSU’s connection to the Internet goes down and it
takes us some time to re-establish service. If the
problem continues or you are able to access the site
using a different computer (and ISP), check with
your ISP for problems on their side. If they are not
experiencing problems, contact WSU Online for more
options.
