Objective: Explain the general role of vitamins and the source of CO2 and metabolic water in cellular respiration.

Role of Vitamins: structural components of enzymes/coenzymes/electron carriers
Source of CO2: decarboxylations
Metabolic H2O: produced when oxygen picks up electrons (and picks up protons, ie H+) at the end of electron transport. A smaller amount of metabolic water is produced during dehydration synthesis.
