APICS Online Courses
Application and Registration Form
Online courses begin the first of each month and are self-paced with three months maximum to complete.  New courses can be started the first of each month.  Register by the 20th of the previous month.  
Example: If you choose to start your course on November 1, you must submit your registration by October 20.                                                               

There is a $25.00 late fee for registration after the 20th of the previous month.

Materials:  All required course materials and additional reference materials available through APICS.  Call 1-800-444-APICS (2742) to order materials or visit www.apics.org.  For a listing of required materials, click here.

Pricing:
All courses: $395.00 each for APICS members, $510.00 each for non-members. Price does not include course materials or APICS Certification Test.  Please refer to APICS website for current cost on exams http://www.apics.org/.
Each course provides 2 semester hours credit.
Corporate Group Discounts available: 25-49 $325.00 each, 50+ $300.00 each.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds of tuition and fees to students who officially drop classes are as follows:

Prior to the beginning of course 100%
By end of 1st week 90%
By end of 2nd week 70%
By end of 3rd week 50%
No refunds for withdrawals after 3rd week of course
